You must always log in to your club's secure environment to access the data.
By default, we have created three administrators for you. You will receive the login details once the programme is ready for use. If you wish to add more administrators, you can indicate this in the support form within the portal or by email.
No, the Clothing Registration Programme cannot be linked to other programmes.
However, we have a function that allows you to download all data easily. You can then potentially upload this data to other programmes. Please note that we do not provide support for other programmes.
You can order the registration programme through this website and pay using iDeal or a bank transfer. Afterwards, you can use the clothing registration programme for an entire year. You will receive the invoice by email.
You will automatically receive an email from the programme when your subscription is about to expire, allowing you to renew your subscription online through this website easily.
Additional fields and custom work (after approval of the quote) will be invoiced manually as a one-time fee. The work will be carried out after receipt of payment.
After purchasing the subscription, you can use your registration programme within two to five business days.*
Once your registration programme is ready, you will receive an email from us containing your login credentials and an Excel file. You can fill out this Excel file and return it to us so we can upload all the data into the programme, but this is not mandatory. You can also choose to enter all members yourself.
*It may take longer for a large number of additional fields and/or custom work. This will be indicated in the quote.
We do not offer a trial period because a separate, secure environment must be created for each club. Therefore, we have created a demo website so anyone who wants to keep track of their (sports/company) clothing can test our programme before purchasing.
