Standard 3 Input Lists

Clothing per Member

This list lets you easily track which clothing items each member has. Fields such as name, membership number, minor status, and other contact details are included by default.

Up to 10 Clothing items per member

For each member, you can create up to 10 entries. Each entry allows you to select a clothing item, assign a number, and indicate whether the item has been returned. If so, you can specify to whom. Additionally, there is a comment section for each clothing item where you can, for example, note the reason for return. Entries can also be removed by deleting records for returned items.

The Team Bag

Many clubs use a Team Bag for match clothing. To improve efficiency, we have created a standard form. Simply enter the team name, the person responsible for the Team Bag, and other relevant details.

Create Up to 20 Entries

You can create up to 20 entries per team bag in this list. Each entry lets you specify the bag's clothing item, size, and quantity. Entries can also be removed by deleting records for returned items.

Equipment

Trainers and coaches often receive club equipment on loan for the season. This list provides an easy way to track which equipment is on loan.

Up to 10 Equipment entries

For each trainer or coach, you can create up to 10 entries. Each entry allows you to select the equipment, enter a quantity or number, and indicate whether it has been returned. If so, you can specify to whom. Additionally, each entry has a comments section where you can note any damage or other comments. Entries can also be removed by deleting records for returned items.

Why Clothing Registration?

You’ve probably experienced it before. Club- or sponsor-provided clothing has gone missing. Items that have either been left behind after a match or have not been returned. Or clothing being issued or handed in without properly informing the person responsible for tracking it. This often results in extra costs and frustration, something you can well do without.

Does your club have (sponsored) clothing that is loaned to members?
If so, you're probably familiar with this issue. Who has which clothing? Who has returned something and received something new? Usually, only one club member keeps track of everything, but multiple people distribute and collect the clothing.

With the clothing registration system you will definitely get rid of these problems!

We have the solution!

We have developed a programme that includes three standard lists and access for three administrators. The three standard lists are:

Clothing per Member
A list to track clothing assigned to each member. You can register up to 10 clothing items per member, specifying what has been issued and what has been returned.

Team Bag
A list to record the contents of each team bag, with the option to assign a responsible person to track it.

Equipment
A list to manage club equipment loaned to trainers and coaches.
